This is where the Thesaurus appears in MicrosoftWord. A tool for us, which is like a book that lists words in groups of Synonyms and related concepts, that we can easily use in our Documents. First we locate the Word that we need a Synonym for, and then we place our cursor in the Word or even select it and then do a right click with our mouse on it. Once we do the right click, a shortcut menu appears with a variety of commands, where we just navigate on top of the Synonym command as shown below. Once we select the Synonym command, a submenu appears with a variety of Synonyms to select from. All left to be done, is to select the Synonym that we want, and the one inside our Document will be replaced.
